𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻? – 535 Kurkowski Road, Pauls Pocket, QLD 4800 (follow the road until you see the event site). – Please note: GPS often stops 1km before the actual entrance – Be cautious when driving to the venue, as there is lots of wildlife in the area! – 40 km/h maximum on the dirt road!

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻? – Thursday 4th June (early entry): Midday – 8pm ($30 cash for early entry payable at the gate) – Friday 5th June: 10am – 10pm – Saturday 6th June: 10am – 10pm – Sunday 7th June: 10am – 2pm – No pass outs unless discussed with the event organisers.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘄𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴? – Your ticket! – Somewhere to sleep! Whether this be a tent, swag, or your vehicle, make sure you’re comfortable & bring a pillow and bedding. – Camp chairs/seating. – Meals & snacks, esky & ice, water & alcohol (no glass is permitted). Limited – Ice will be available for purchase but supplies are limited so stock up in town! – Toiletries, medications & a first aid kit – Tissues & toilet paper. – Earplugs/hearing protection. – Sun protection – sunscreen, hat, sunglasses. – Insect repellent. – Your yoga mat! There will be yoga as one of our workshops. – WARM clothes & blankets. – Reusable cups and water bottles, garbage bags & utensils (reduce waste & leave no trace!) – Torch & spare batteries. – Doof sticks & flow toys etc.

𝗜𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲? – No, however event organisers have the ability to access reception in the event of an emergency.

𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗘𝗙𝗧𝗣𝗢𝗦 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲? Some vendors may accept EFTPOS, however it is always safest to bring cash.

𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘀, 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀 & 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿? – Toilets – yes! – Showers – yes. – Drinking water – yes!

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀? – Archaic Gathering has a ZERO tolerance policy for antisocial behaviour or harassment. Anyone going against this WILL be ejected from the venue & further action may be taken. – CONSENT is key! – Strict NO GLASS policy. – No nangs. – Please no personal sound systems. – Keep food prep/cooking to your campsite. – Leave no trace. – No dogs. – No fires please. – No swimming. – Please respect the space we are gathering on. Stay within the festival boundary and don’t touch the farm animals.
